• Fave Christmas Movie? — It used to be Its a Wonderful Life, but now I think Die Hard is my favorite Christmas movie. (Or possibly Home Alone.)

• Most annoying thing about Christmas? — Here are two: (1) That damn guy in front of every store whos ringing a bell and asking for donations to the Salvation Army. Look dude. I know what the buckets for. If youll quit ringing that bell, I might actually give some money. (2) That Christians are up in arms about what the season is to be called. They want every store in the entire nation to say Christmas every single time. Ive got news for you: Christmas IS a holiday. So holiday season is fine with me. I dont need Wal-Mart to remind me what holiday in particular Im celebrating. I know its Christmas.
• What Do You Like Most About Halloween? — (1) The candy. (2) The kids having so much fun. (3) Sometimes, its okay to dress funny at work.
• What Do You Like Least About Halloween? — That conservative Christians are so afraid of it. They act like were going to start worshiping some Druid goddess, just because were wearing costumes and consuming candy. Yes, Im aware of the alleged history of Halloween. But it doesnt mean that if I wear a costume then Im suddenly going to be participating in an ancient pagan ceremony. (Just like singing about Santa Claus doesnt mean I actually believe in a fat old man who flies around the world sneaking into peoples houses.)
• What scares you the most? — Things don't scare me.
• Fave Halloween Movie — Ive seen a lot of Halloween movies. None of them are very good.
• Who are you named for? — My great-great-grandfather William Harmon Fry. (He was known as Will Fry and we didnt know his full name was William until after my mother started doing genealogy research.)
• Do you wish on stars? — Sure. I figure it cant be any worse than buying one lottery ticket a week I mean, what harm could come of it? Even if Im not superstitious, it only takes a second.
